The Getein CK-MB/cTnI/Myo Fast Test Kit is designed for the quantitative determination of creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB), cardiac troponin I (cTnI), and Myoglobin (Myo) in human serum, plasma, or whole blood samples. This test is used as an aid in the clinical diagnosis, prognosis, and evaluation of myocardial injury such as Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI), Unstable Angina, Acute Myocarditis, and Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS).

About CK-MB/cTnI/Myo
CK-MB is a sensitive marker for myocardial injury, while cardiac troponin I (cTnI) is specific to the heart and released into the bloodstream during myocardial damage. Myoglobin is an early marker for muscle injury, including myocardial injury.
