The FluA/FluB/SARS-CoV-2 Real-time RT-PCR Kit is a multiplex assay designed for the qualitative detection of nucleic acids from Influenza A, Influenza B, and SARS-CoV-2 in nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swab samples. It is for professional laboratory use only.
Simultaneous Triple Detection
This test allows rapid differentiation of common respiratory viruses with overlapping symptoms such as COVID-19 and seasonal flu. Essential for effective clinical decision-making during flu seasons or outbreaks.

Thermal Cycling Protocol
- Reverse Transcription: 48°C for 10 min (1 cycle)
- cDNA Pre-denaturation: 95°C for 2 min (1 cycle)
- Amplification: 45 cycles at 95°C for 10 s, 55°C for 30 s
